DFW Spectrum, LLC is a full-service construction, restoration and consulting company specializing in Insurance Restoration throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Most commercial property owners, management groups and homeowners are not experienced with insurance claims or how the claims process works. Normally, the claims process is far more time consuming than the actual repairs. Our team has been working together with property owners, Insurance and mortgage companies for over 30 years to ensure that your property is restored completely and to your satisfaction. We are not adjusters and do not discuss policy with your Insurance company, however, our trained professionals will work with your adjuster in assessing the damage, agreeing on scope and helping to make sure the correct value is being assessed on the damage to your building in order for us to return your property to its pre-loss condition. We also perform any necessary emergency repairs while waiting for final authorization from your insurance company.
