Insurance restoration reconstruction is a very specialized trade and the insurance aspects are usually more time consuming than the actual repairs. The process can involve meeting with adjusters, engineers and other specialists multiple times before the carrier attempts to make a decision and payment so the reconstruction process can begin. During this time, DFW Spectrum, LLC makes all temporary repairs that are needed to prepare for this lengthy process and is available for all inspections and meetings with the carrier and their engineers, adjusters and other specialists. This ultimately affects our customer's bottom line and allows them to proceed with business and life as usual while the entire process takes place.

Once the restoration process begins, our professional staff, project managers, in-house tradesmen and sub-contractors will perform the work in a professional, safe and timely manner paying special attention to code requirements and other hidden damage issues. When code issues and hidden damages arise, we will, again, work with your carrier to make sure that all these items are brought to their attention and approved to avoid any unnecessary out of pocket expenses during reconstruction.

DFW Spectrum, LLC's inspections and services are FREE. We only ask that you sign a contingency contract that allows us to do the restoration work agreed to by your carrier for the replacement cost amount plus any applicable deductibles.
